As a pivotal leader in our Office Services division, you will play a critical role in expanding and enhancing Colliers' real estate business within the Hong Kong market. Your responsibilities will include driving strategic initiatives, fostering strong client relationships, spearheading new business development, and facilitating cross-border collaborations. With our recent growth in the region, we are eager to strengthen our presence in the Hong Kong market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage in business development activities targeting both existing and prospective clients through direct outreach, cold calling, and industry networking.
- Collaborate with your team to cultivate and maintain robust working relationships with key clients.
- Develop and produce relevant marketing materials and client lists.
- Gather market intelligence and ensure the client database is accurate and current.
- Oversee transaction management and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the successful completion of property transactions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral; deliver exceptional pre-sale and post-sale services to clients.
- Assist the Department Head in supporting strategic business initiatives.
- Achieve individual revenue targets and contribute to overall team goals.
To thrive in this role, you should possess a strong background in commercial real estate, with a minimum of six years of experience in commercial leasing.
