As the Senior Manager of Business Performance & Analysis, you will play a pivotal role as a strategic partner responsible for overseeing Business Performance & Analysis across multiple segments, including Financial Planning and Analysis. Your focus will be on enhancing integration with business units, providing forward-looking insights, and strengthening overall business acumen within the organization. This role aims to deliver actionable insights and proactive problem-solving support to navigate complex operational and client-related challenges.
You will serve as a vital link between finance and operations, equipping cross-functional teams with data-driven insights that enable informed decision-making and agile responses to market dynamics. Additionally, you will contribute to building a strong, collaborative team that meets the evolving needs of the organization.
Business Integration, Support & Ad Hoc Management
- Full-cycle segment support: Be the primary contact for operations, bridging sales and operations through forecasting, budgeting, and variance reporting.
- Collaboration with commercial finance: Assist in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, including partnerships and mergers & acquisitions.
- Foster collaboration: Ensure alignment across teams and strong partnerships with business units.
- Client retention support: Work with key representatives to refine strategies and enhance service delivery.
Business Performance and Analysis
- Strategic insights: Provide insights that guide decision-making and anticipate future trends.
- Comprehensive financial analysis: Prepare presentations to support leadership in evaluating business initiatives and decisions.
- Budgeting and forecasting leadership: Ensure alignment with financial and operational priorities.
- Contract adherence: Ensure compliance with contract terms while identifying optimization opportunities.
- Proactive monitoring: Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Leverage technology: Utilize global Sodexo tools and AI to foster a data-driven culture that supports agile responses to market changes.
BP&A Team Management
- Team leadership: Oversee a team of financial analysts, promoting collaboration, professional development, and a culture of excellence.
