Role Summary
The Senior Manager of Client Support Engineering will oversee end-to-end application operations across multiple business units, ensuring stability, performance, and service excellence. This role governs ITIL processes, enhances operational maturity, manages client relationships, optimizes support costs, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with engineering and product groups, and ensure applications consistently meet business expectations regarding availability, reliability, and scalability.
