Join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager in Commercial Strategy within the AdTech Revenue division at Delivery Hero. We are committed to providing exceptional in-app advertising experiences.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the advertising revenue performance and promotional effectiveness across your designated regions. Your responsibilities will include setting ambitious targets, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, and monitoring performance metrics to enhance value creation. You will develop a comprehensive commercial strategy based on local vendor insights to uncover business opportunities and influence the development of new product concepts and features in collaboration with product teams. This position integrates strategy, analytics, and project management, requiring close cooperation with both the global revenue team and local counterparts.
Your key stakeholders will include central teams from AdTech Product and Analytics, as well as regional COOs and commercial teams. The AdTech Commercial and Product Operations team will collaborate with these indirect stakeholders to maintain continuous alignment.
- Define and execute the advertising and promotions strategy for your region, identifying current strategy gaps and devising effective frameworks and execution plans.
- Optimize revenue performance and vendor investments in promotions across your region.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives in your regions.
- Drive the performance of key OKRs at the DH Group C-level.
- Conduct in-depth analyses promptly, assessing the potential impact of various initiatives and prioritizing them effectively.
- Identify business challenges, propose solutions, and assist in product concept definition and discovery.
- Foster relationships with regional counterparts (COO, commercial, and tech teams) and central product and analytics teams, leading and tracking major projects, while providing necessary support and guidance.
- Lead global projects and product rollouts, taking ownership of their success.
- Prepare Go-To-Market strategies and sales enablement materials to bolster regional sales initiatives.
