We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager in Commercial Transformation to spearhead impactful commercial strategies across 17 countries for our renowned global brands: foodora, foodpanda, and Yemeksepeti.
This pivotal role is embedded in our regional Commercial Transformation team, where you will be tasked with consolidating commercial performance across diverse markets while leading the design, execution, and monitoring of critical transformation programs.
As a high-impact regional leader, your success will depend on your ability to foster strong cross-functional collaboration and adept stakeholder management. You will partner closely with Market Managing Directors, Commercial Directors, and central functional leaders to ensure alignment, adapt initiatives to local market needs, and scale adoption effectively, striking a balance between regional consistency and local adaptability. This position reports directly to the Director of Commercial Transformation.

Commercial Strategy & Planning Consolidation & Insights
- Lead the comprehensive consolidation of commercial KPIs across various countries and topics.
- Establish a cohesive view of business performance to facilitate data-driven discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Standardize reporting tools, definitions, and schedules to enhance consistency across markets.
- Deliver actionable insights and deep analysis to identify business risks, opportunities, and trends.
Transformation Initiatives & PMO Leadership
- Co-lead the design and rollout of regional commercial transformation initiatives (e.g., organizational structures, operational models) in collaboration with business owners.
- Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and tracking frameworks for all transformation workstreams.
- Oversee initiative governance, including setting routines, preparing and leading steering committees, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Aggregate initiative progress, risks, and interdependencies into organized regional perspectives.
- Act as a strategic partner and advisor to market teams, bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
