Join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at CCG Business Solutions in Chicago. This pivotal role will involve partnering with the Managing Director to spearhead our DEI initiatives, promoting practices that enhance the recruitment, retention, and advancement of diverse legal professionals while fostering an inclusive culture.
The Senior Manager will:
- Oversee responses to client inquiries and industry benchmarking surveys, providing both qualitative and quantitative insights;
- Collaborate with the Talent Management Solutions team to manage industry surveys and client requests, tracking and reporting key demographics, trends, and statistics;
- Support the Firm’s diversity hiring initiatives, including the Diversity Fellowship, while working closely with Talent Acquisition to maintain a robust pipeline of diverse candidates;
- Engage with attorneys across various departments to promote accountability in DEI efforts;
- Stay informed on DEI trends and best practices within the legal sector and beyond, facilitating the professional development of diverse attorneys;
- Manage external diversity sponsorships and memberships, coordinating details and participant engagement;
- Enhance partnerships with diversity-focused organizations, promoting opportunities for diverse attorneys;
- Implement strategies for affinity networks aligned with the Firm’s goals and global programming;
- Act as a subject matter expert, assisting the Managing Director in executing strategic initiatives;
- Contribute to communication efforts by drafting and updating promotional materials for both print and online platforms;
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on branding, messaging, and outreach campaigns;
- Work with the DEI team to develop and monitor the DEI budget;
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion, adhering to all data privacy and security policies; and
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
