Team Description:
The Taiwan team is eager to introduce Coupang's exceptional selection, competitive pricing, and convenience to customers in Taiwan. As we rapidly expand in this high-profile market, we are in search of intelligent, driven leaders who are eager to tackle significant challenges and create a lasting impact on both customers and vendors. The Inbound & Capacity team plays a pivotal role in enhancing lead times, predicting capacity requirements, minimizing inbound errors, and ensuring supply stability. They enhance our ability to keep products in stock while improving vendor experiences and reducing costs. The team collaborates closely with various cross-functional units including fulfillment center operations, business/vendor management, compliance, product development, programs, and finance to deliver an exceptional vendor logistics experience.
Position: (Senior) Manager, FC Inbound and Supply Chain Management
What You Will Do:
- Work strategically backward from customer and vendor needs to reduce lead times, minimize rejections, and enhance vendor experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to exceed customer in-stock and vendor requirements.
