Your Role
We invite you to join our expanding team as we enhance and scale Juniper Square’s fund administration services, addressing significant market needs in this sector. This role will be pivotal in transforming our fund administration capabilities, significantly impacting workflow automation, customer experience, and general partner-limited partner relationships. As the Senior Manager of Fund Administration, you will oversee fund accounting and reporting deliverables for our Private Equity and Real Estate clientele, managing a talented team of Fund Accountants. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of this function and ensuring our customers receive a world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make strategic decisions regarding team structure and operational policies.
Drive the development and enhancement of fund administration workflows, implementing best practices and efficiency improvements.
Identify opportunities for product development and relay technical feedback to the product teams.
Recruit, train, and lead a skilled team of fund accountants.
