Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager to join our Incident Response team, collaborating with various Sophos divisions and Incident Response/Readiness consultants to expand our Advisory Services practice. This role involves overseeing consulting matters alongside the IR management team, team leads, incident responders, and readiness consultants. The Senior Manager will guide deliverables that may range from proactive capability building and threat hunting to reactive incident and breach responses. Mentorship of team members in service delivery excellence and consulting skills, as well as direct engagement with clients to address any challenges, will be key responsibilities. Candidates should be prepared for a minimum of 15% billable work.
Ideal candidates will possess experience in developing, managing, and operating incident response capabilities, conducting training sessions, exercises, and workshops, and exhibit familiarity with the tactics, techniques, and procedures utilized to combat threat actors. Understanding the challenges organizations face is essential for success in this role.
