Our New Vertical Consumer Integrated Marketing team goes beyond traditional food delivery, linking DoorDash customers to essential services such as groceries, alcohol, convenience items, and retail. We spearhead integrated marketing efforts for our New Verticals (NV) division, fostering brand awareness, driving customer trials, and establishing habits that ensure repeat engagement.
Within our team, the Habituation & Affordability pod concentrates on two pivotal growth strategies: cultivating consistent ordering habits among new customers within NV and positioning DoorDash as the premier value choice for everyday necessities. We achieve this through insightful storytelling, multi-channel media strategies, and strategic collaborations with product and pricing teams to enhance customer retention and perceived value across all NV categories.
About the Role
As the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing – New Verticals Habituation & Affordability, you will orchestrate initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and retention across DoorDash’s New Verticals, including Grocery, Alcohol, Retail, and Convenience. Your role will focus on transforming new customers into loyal, habitual users while effectively communicating our value propositions and affordability across different categories.
This position merges marketing strategy across product marketing, growth marketing, and lifecycle strategy, providing an opportunity to influence both innovative initiatives and scalable programs that deliver significant business outcomes. You'll lead a team of two and collaborate with diverse cross-functional partners in Marketing, Product, Strategy & Operations, Finance, and Analytics to design integrated strategies that impact customer behavior at every stage of their journey.
