ABOUT THE ROLE / WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
As the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in elevating Swish Breaks' visibility on a global scale. You will be responsible for shaping our presence across paid, organic, partner, and live channels, leading integrated campaigns that captivate collectors, fans, and potential new audiences. You will spearhead go-to-market strategies for new platform launches and digital products, manage paid acquisition initiatives, and cultivate co-marketing relationships with Whatnot, Fanatics, and TikTok to drive measurable growth. Unlike typical integrated marketing roles that focus on coordination, this position invites you to craft campaigns that become the talk of the community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:
Develop and lead integrated campaign strategies across key events, content launches, and seasonal occasions, harmonizing paid, organic, creative, and partner channels into impactful initiatives.
Oversee go-to-market strategies for platform expansions and digital product launches, guiding from positioning to execution.
Manage paid acquisition efforts across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with full accountability for budget management, creative testing, and customer acquisition cost.
Establish and nurture co-marketing partnerships with Whatnot, Fanatics, and TikTok, transforming platform agreements into impactful campaigns.
Lead event marketing initiatives for Fanatics Fest, National, and future activations, ensuring a seamless execution from start to finish.
Define and uphold the Swish brand voice and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
Collaborate with Lifecycle and Retention teams to create a cohesive customer experience that connects acquisition and retention.
Prepare to lead a growing marketing team as our function expands.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
You possess:
6-10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management, or growth-focused roles within consumer-centric, marketplace, or culturally relevant organizations.
Demonstrated success in go-to-market strategies: you have effectively launched products and campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
