Contribute to the realization of the University’s strategic objectives for 2018-2030 within the Division.
Assist in the creation of content plans, social media marketing strategies, and international marketing campaigns.
Provide assistance, oversight, and recommendations for activities conducted by structural divisions aimed at enhancing the University’s brand visibility and attracting students to educational programs.
Utilize Google Analytics to evaluate data and produce reports on website traffic, with a focus on optimizing content and improving the user experience.
Collaborate with developers to implement website changes, offering necessary guidance and requirements to boost functionality and performance.
Manage the University website, including content creation, optimization, analytical reporting, and visual design.
Streamline CRM system operations, provide training for school staff, regularly update the client database, and monitor the effectiveness of client interactions.
Engage in search engine optimization initiatives, including website promotion for targeted queries, enhancing organic traffic, analyzing keywords and competition, and refining meta tags and page content.
Moderate a weekly digest of university events, coordinating with other divisions to distribute via email and ensuring timely updates on the University website.
Participate in identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring risks within the assigned area of responsibility.
Temporarily fulfill the duties of absent staff members in the division for periods of up to one month.
Execute tasks from the line manager and university management in a timely and proper manner.
Adhere to the legal requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the internal documents of the employer.
Ensure compliance with labor and performance discipline.
Protect the integrity of official documents and prevent the unauthorized disclosure of confidential and sensitive information, in accordance with applicable laws and internal regulations.
Upon termination, ensure the timely transfer of all paper documents, digital files, and inventory to another employee as instructed by the line manager, documented by an acceptance transfer act.
