About the job
OUR MISSION
At Thyme Care, we are dedicated to fostering a more connected, compassionate, and confident experience for individuals affected by cancer and their caregivers. Our goal is to simplify access to high-quality care, provide timely answers, and ensure ongoing support throughout the treatment journey.
As a leader in value-based oncology care, Thyme Care collaborates with national and regional health plans, providers, and employers to achieve better health outcomes and reduce costs for thousands of patients nationwide. Our innovative model integrates personalized human support with advanced technology and AI, bringing together caregivers, oncologists, health plans, and employers to enhance the cancer care experience.
We believe that technology should enhance the human connection at the heart of care. By leveraging data science, automation, and AI, we effectively manage complexity, improve collaboration, and allow care teams to concentrate on what truly matters: supporting individuals during their cancer journey.
Our ambitious vision is to become a household name in cancer care, ensuring that every individual diagnosed with cancer seeks out Thyme Care by name. If you are passionate about making cancer care more human and envisioning new possibilities, we invite you to join us. Together, we can create a future in which every cancer patient feels genuinely cared for at every critical moment.
