As we expand, we are in search of a Senior Manager of Brand Strategy who will be pivotal in defining a clear, resilient, and actionable brand strategy that influences how Credit Karma is represented across all marketing initiatives, channels, and consumer experiences. This role will not only guide the strategic direction of our brand but also enhance brand strategy capabilities throughout the organization while leading a team of talented Brand Strategists.
Working alongside Intuit, this position ensures that the Credit Karma brand is represented clearly and consistently in conjunction with Intuit and its partner brands. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with various teams within the Intuit ecosystem to foster alignment at brand intersections while preserving the unique identity of Credit Karma in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine Credit Karma’s brand positioning, narrative, and messaging frameworks to ensure they are actionable and consistently utilized in decision-making across marketing campaigns and channels.
- Establish the strategic approach for Credit Karma's market presence, balancing independent branding with collaborative efforts alongside Intuit and its partners, while making informed decisions that consider both long-term brand equity and immediate business objectives.
- Integrate brand strategy into the project lifecycle by embedding strategic insights early in the development of briefs and planning processes.
- Work in partnership with Creative leadership to provide insightful and bold strategic direction that fuels innovative creative solutions and elevates execution standards.
- Collaborate with Integrated Marketing and Social Strategy teams to ensure seamless and intentional cross-channel execution, minimizing rework and misalignment during late-stage processes.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of passionate and data-driven Brand Strategists (4 individuals), establishing clear priorities and fostering strategic rigor, confidence, and influence across the organization.
