We are excited to announce an opening for a Senior Manager of Field Operations in the EMEA region to bolster our Upmarket (ERU) segment and Industry Expansion Business Unit, focused on driving growth in Healthcare, Financial Services, and Energy sectors. This pivotal role will collaborate with ERU & IX leadership to establish scalable processes, ensure precise forecasting, and deliver data-driven insights that expedite growth. Additionally, you will provide support to our post-sales leadership team, including Revenue Architects and Customer Success.
The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in a RevOps role, combining robust operational discipline with a proactive approach, ensuring swift execution while developing sustainable, long-term solutions. This leader will engage cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and Analytics teams to harmonize strategy with execution and enhance overall sales productivity.
Note: This position operates on a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
