We are looking for a Senior Manager or Director of Growth Marketing to spearhead our demand generation efforts from inception to execution. This role is not for those who view marketing merely as running ad campaigns on LinkedIn; we seek an individual who comprehensively understands the entire buyer journey—from the initial interaction to pipeline creation and customer renewal. You will be responsible for both strategy and implementation, demonstrating comfort in crafting compelling messages that capture the attention of CISOs and analyzing campaign performance metrics using HubSpot.
The ideal candidate is experienced in high-growth environments (Series A or B) within the security, DevOps, or cloud sectors, possessing a knack for building go-to-market strategies from the ground up with limited resources. You are proactive, possess a keen aesthetic sense, and thrive in a role where you can create innovative strategies rather than follow existing playbooks.
Your Impact on Our Growth:
Lead Demand Generation: Own the entire demand generation process from campaign conceptualization and messaging to execution, conversion, and measurable pipeline results.
Execute Integrated Campaigns: Develop and implement cohesive campaigns across email, content, paid media, events, and emerging channels, ensuring consistency throughout the buyer's journey.
Refine Positioning and Messaging: Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales to craft effective messaging tailored to our ideal customer profiles, including AppSec, DevOps, and cloud security buyers.
Maintain High Creative Standards: Produce sharp copy, guide design toward excellence, and ensure that all work meets our high standards—understanding that an engaging hook is essential.
Embrace Experimentation: Continuously test new channels and tactics, swiftly evaluate outcomes, and eliminate underperforming strategies without hesitation.
Manage Marketing Technology: Oversee our marketing tech stack with a focus on HubSpot for campaign management and attribution, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
