About You
You are a strategic and relationship-focused marketer driven by a passion for the creator economy and the transformative power of influencers in fostering growth. Proficient in platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter), you have a knack for identifying emerging talent before they hit the mainstream. Your enthusiasm for sports and understanding of betting culture aligns perfectly with our affiliate-driven growth strategy. You will manage the influencer marketing lifecycle, from scouting and negotiating with potential partners to optimizing performance, all while collaborating with influential creators to generate excitement and expand user acquisition for our operator partners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with new influencers across key social media platforms.
Develop and implement platform expansion strategies to reach new audiences in the UK.
Cultivate long-term relationships with top-performing UK creators through performance optimization, deal structuring, and renewals.
Facilitate regular check-ins and support in-person events with creators to strengthen partnerships.
Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager and product teams to relay partner feedback and enhance the influencer experience.
Analyze campaign performance and leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
