Join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager of Product Rollout in Marketing, acting as the key liaison between our regional and local marketing teams and product teams. In this pivotal role, you will consolidate business requirements, craft structured business cases, and facilitate the seamless execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies across diverse functions and regions.
Be part of our expansive Product Deployment team, managing initiatives across 17 markets in APAC and EU, with a strong focus on MarTech, product-led growth, in-app conversion funnels, and marketing experimentation. Your end-to-end perspective on marketing and app conversion will empower marketing teams, utilizing both internal product tools and external MarTech platforms to drive significant growth and enhance marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Analysis
- Collaborate with local business stakeholders and regional teams to collect product feedback, pinpoint customer pain points, and refine feature requests.
- Transform marketing opportunities and operational challenges into structured business cases for the product team.
- Encourage the adoption and effective use of product tools, including our internal marketing platforms and third-party MarTech systems.
Business Case Development
- Work alongside cross-functional stakeholders to create data-driven business cases.
- Establish clear problem statements, success metrics, and value assessments.
- Present proposals to product and business leadership for evaluation and prioritization.
Go-To-Market Orchestration
- Lead the cross-functional rollout of product initiatives for regional and local teams across operations, finance, legal, PR, and marketing.
- Manage timelines, resources, and communications to ensure readiness across all teams.
- Create and sustain deployment playbooks, FAQs, and training materials.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary contact between product teams and regional stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment among stakeholders through regular updates and checkpoints.
- Monitor and report on rollout performance, adoption, and feedback.
