Prioritize customer relevance in all campaigns, guaranteeing that they resonate with our audience.
Assist various functions in crafting major campaigns, encompassing strategy, planning, creative direction, and conceptualization.
Partner with country teams to design in-store merchandising guidelines that enhance conversions and customer engagement.
Plan and implement customized campaigns aimed at driving growth, increasing purchase frequency, and boosting basket size.
Proactively propose and aid in the development and implementation of new strategies to drive volume growth while maintaining profitability.
Evaluate ongoing campaigns, including performance tracking, and disseminate insights across departments.
Analyze data sets to uncover consumer and market trends, recommending impactful growth strategies.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create content that enhances brand awareness, increases traffic, attracts new customers, and drives orders.
Work with CRM and Performance teams to identify and measure campaign success in achieving business objectives, analyzing relevant data streams to drive improvements.
