Position Overview
In this pivotal role, reporting directly to the Director of Finance & Operations, the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Culture Development will play a crucial part in our talent acquisition strategy. This hands-on position is designed for an innovative and results-driven leader who thrives in high-volume recruiting environments, excels in building and nurturing candidate pipelines, and is eager to contribute to the growth of BME Strategies.
The Senior Manager will oversee the entire talent lifecycle, from continuous candidate engagement and interview coordination to performance management, culture enhancement, and talent development initiatives.
This position demands a collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with leadership to align on strategic priorities and with hiring managers to assess needs, manage recruitment processes, and ensure a thoughtful and equitable candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable executing daily tasks and strategically guiding talent development as the organization scales.
