About the Role
The scalability of Penda Health, our ability to launch new medical centres, maintain high standards of care, and cultivate a robust company culture relies on having the right talent at the right time.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in this endeavor by developing and implementing Penda’s talent acquisition strategy, refining hiring processes, and establishing proactive talent pipelines that support growth in both our Integrated Practice Services and Support Offices.
This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on recruitment execution. The Senior Manager oversees recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent forecasting, automation, and analytics, while also engaging in operational hiring as necessary to ensure rapid, high-quality, and exceptional candidate experiences. This role is instrumental in ensuring that recruitment serves as a strategic enabler of Penda’s mission, growth, and operational success.
This position reports to the Director of People & Culture and leads a team of Talent Acquisition Partners.
