Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Web & SEO to spearhead our website as a catalyst for growth and to lead our organic acquisition strategies. This pivotal role encompasses responsibilities for technical SEO, on-page enhancements, programmatic SEO initiatives, conversion rate optimization, and the management of our content prioritization pipeline—adapting our strategies to integrate AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) across contemporary search and AI-driven answer platforms.
In this role, you will act as the marketing leader for web and organic growth, collaborating closely with Paid, Content, Product Marketing, and RevOps/Analytics teams to synchronize keyword targeting, messaging, landing page designs, and conversion pathways for both self-service and sales-assisted models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Success Indicators (First 6–12 Months):
- Growth in organic acquisition with transparent reporting connected to trial starts/signups and sales lead/pipeline contributions.
- Enhanced web conversion rates across key user journeys (trial/signup, demo/lead capture).
- Implementation of a scalable programmatic SEO initiative for long-tail keyword coverage, complemented by strong governance and quality controls.
- A comprehensive and durable keyword and content roadmap will be operational, increasingly optimized for answer-centric formats and AI-driven discovery.
Website Ownership & Conversion Optimization:
- Manage the ArcSite website experience in Webflow: ensuring high page quality, consistent UX, aligned messaging, optimal performance, and regular maintenance.
- Create and optimize impactful landing pages and critical user journeys across self-service and sales-assisted conversion paths.
- Execute a CRO iteration process: identify user friction points, prioritize tests/changes, implement updates, and assess impact.
SEO Strategy (Technical, On-Page, Off-Page):
- Oversee the end-to-end SEO performance: site architecture, crawl/index health, internal linking strategies, on-page enhancements, and off-page factors.
- Conduct periodic audits and implement enhancements across the website and content management system.
- Ensure that web pages consistently align with user search intent and facilitate downstream outcomes (signups, conversions).
