Join Exinity as a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing, specializing in Paid Social, where you will lead end-to-end performance strategies across diverse markets and manage substantial budgets. Key Responsibilities:
Paid Social Ownership
- Develop and oversee the strategy, setup, optimization, and scaling of Paid Social campaigns primarily on Meta and TikTok.
- Manage significant monthly budgets, ensuring adherence to CPA, ROAS, and volume targets.
- Create forecasting models and performance projections to aid in planning and scaling initiatives.
- Spot opportunities for scaling while upholding efficiency.
Multi-Platform Execution
- Execute and optimize campaigns on TikTok, leveraging a deep understanding of platform-specific creative and scaling mechanics.
- Tailor creative and messaging strategies to resonate with platform-specific user behaviors.
- Bonus: Experience managing acquisition campaigns on Reddit and/or Snapchat is a plus.
Creative & Testing Excellence
- Establish and implement structured A/B testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, formats, and funnel stages.
- Guide the development of high-performing ad concepts based on performance insights.
- Continuously refresh creatives to mitigate fatigue and enhance efficiency.
- Bonus: Capability to quickly generate creative variations using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or similar.
Data & Performance Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analyses of campaign performance to uncover efficiency and growth drivers.
- Transform performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Optimize full-funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and relevant retention indicators).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with growth, product, data, and creative teams to align acquisition strategies with overarching business objectives.
- Contribute to channel planning, budget management, and growth initiatives.
- Work independently while maintaining alignment with stakeholders.
