About the Role:
In the position of Senior Manager, SEC Reporting, you will take charge of our external financial reporting process, becoming the key expert on all public filings. You will oversee the creation, review, and timely submission of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC standards, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and integrity. This high-profile role will provide you with regular interaction with senior leadership.
As we navigate through our company-wide transformation, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Manager of SEC Reporting who is eager to roll up their sleeves and contribute.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting in the verification and review of financial data in earnings releases, investor presentations, and public communications, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all external messaging.
- Leading, managing, and owning the preparation, review, and timely submission of all external financial reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and other SEC filings.
- Collaborating with Corporate Accounting’s technical accounting team to assess complex accounting issues and the implications of new FASB and SEC reporting requirements, including drafting and reviewing comprehensive white papers on significant transactions and US GAAP accounting policies.
- Serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating with external auditors on all matters pertaining to SEC filings and complex accounting issues.
