Smartsheet is in search of a seasoned Service Desk leader with a robust technical background and customer service expertise to spearhead our support operations based in India. As the Senior Manager of Service Desk, you will ensure exceptional customer service by offering technical support to Smartsheet's end-user community while managing a team that supports US-based Desktop Support operations.
This distinctive role combines hands-on technical involvement with team leadership. Operating within a collaborative matrix framework, you will ensure effective execution and delivery while working closely with US-based managers who hold accountability for outcomes and strategic direction. This position reports directly to the Director of End User Systems and maintains a close, cooperative partnership with US-based Desktop Support managers.
