Our “Autoship & Save” program is designed to provide recurring deliveries and discounts to our loyal customers, enhancing their shopping experience with convenience and savings. Since its inception less than two years ago, this program has significantly contributed to our overall orders and revenue. The Senior Manager of Subscription Marketing will be pivotal in driving the growth, retention, and profitability of this program, overseeing marketing strategies, campaign execution, customer lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure maximum engagement and lifetime value for our subscription customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the Autoship & Save program, focusing on acquiring new subscribers, converting one-time buyers, and retaining current subscribers.
Manage the overall vision of the core product offering, utilizing AI to evolve the program into a more intelligent service.
Conduct customer surveys and gather insights to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, merchandising, operations, analytics, and finance to define target segments, promotional offers, and improve customer experiences.
Establish and track subscription-specific KPIs: sign-up rates, churn, retention, average order value (AOV), incremental revenue, and lifetime value (LTV).
Identify potential new markets for service rollout among the 180+ countries where iHerb operates, collaborating with various teams to execute effectively.
Work closely with creative and content teams to craft compelling marketing materials.
