Role Overview
As the Senior Manager of Trust & Safety Operations (International), you will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding our global Trust & Safety operations. You will ensure that our agent teams are strategically deployed to foster trust and provide exceptional user experiences.
In this position, you will oversee a team of Team Leads and Trust & Safety specialists, driving operational excellence and championing a premier experience for our users. You will be entrusted with ensuring that our agents apply their time, expertise, and judgment to create maximum impact.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes and tools, focusing on empowering agents to build trust efficiently and consistently at scale, engage in complex investigations, and make informed decisions for optimal user experiences. This role is critical and high-impact as we expand our global presence.
Lead and mentor a team of Team Leads, nurturing a collaborative environment to deliver a world-class user experience.
Conduct in-depth analyses of complex cases to guide Trust & Safety team members.
Drive team performance metrics to enhance productivity, quality, and user satisfaction.
