About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Automation Specialist who will spearhead the execution, optimization, and governance of marketing automation and customer communications within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will be the technical and operational leader for email campaigns, journey orchestration, audience segmentation, and CRM-integrated marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to shape the platform strategy and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and oversee automated emails and customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Manage CRM-integrated campaigns and facilitate data flows between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
- Design and maintain advanced audience segmentation using Contact Builder and SQL.
- Implement lifecycle marketing programs focused on lead nurturing, onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
- Ensure data integrity, consent management, and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor, analyze, and enhance campaign and journey performance.
- Employ personalization, dynamic content, AMPscript, and testing strategies.
- Support ongoing platform enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to marketing team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices and capabilities.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agency partners as required.
