Team Overview
You will become a vital member of our centralized Media & Partnerships Chapter, which focuses on driving excellence in marketing campaigns throughout Europe. Our team operates at the crossroads of branding, business lines, acquisition channels, and external media partners, transforming strategic insights into scalable, impactful campaigns across various platforms.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Investments and Media Strategy, you will significantly contribute to the execution of our ambitious roadmap leading up to 2026, including a transformative global rebranding initiative and extensive activations across Europe. As a senior individual contributor, you will independently manage complex omni-channel campaigns while enhancing operational standards and media performance in the region.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multiple omni-channel marketing campaigns across European markets, overseeing all phases from briefing to execution to ensure timely project completion within budget.
- Create annual, market-specific channel frameworks that outline reach objectives, budget parameters, and campaign timing principles to guide market execution.
- Draft comprehensive master briefs that translate overarching strategies into clear objectives and consistent messaging, cascading them into detailed sub-briefs for specific markets or products.
- Manage comprehensive campaign operations, including budget oversight, financial reconciliation, and resource distribution, while proactively addressing seasonal demand fluctuations and negotiating media inventory to optimize costs and quality.
- Establish robust reporting requirements and monitoring processes, analyze campaign performance metrics, and derive actionable optimization strategies.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews to foster continuous improvement in processes, vendor agreements, templates, and execution playbooks; advocate for best practices in project management and introduce innovative industry methodologies to enhance scalability.
- Expand and maintain a strong network of media vendors, agencies, and industry influencers, nurturing long-term relationships.
