As our Senior Marketing Events Manager, you will lead the charge in shaping Redis’ global event strategy and corporate roadshow initiatives. This pivotal role will allow you to directly impact pipeline growth and enhance customer engagement on a global scale. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will create memorable brand experiences that drive measurable business results.
Your Responsibilities
Craft and implement a holistic global event strategy encompassing third-party conferences and Redis-hosted events, aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Brand, Field Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that event goals, messaging, and activation plans effectively drive pipeline and revenue.
Oversee the comprehensive management of third-party event programs and our corporate roadshow, including sponsorship evaluation, venue sourcing, logistics, messaging alignment, event execution, and post-event follow-ups.
Facilitate cross-functional program management through the complete event lifecycle, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and vendors while managing timelines and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Develop and execute a demand generation strategy for events, focusing on audience targeting, pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event nurturing.
Set clear KPIs and reporting frameworks to gauge success (MQLs, SQLs, sourced pipeline, influenced revenue) and continuously enhance performance.
Manage budgets, vendors, agencies, and external partners to ensure high-quality experiences while optimizing efficiency and return on investment.
