About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead the execution and analysis of Ethos Life’s CRM lifecycle campaigns, with a particular focus on email and SMS initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a collaborative partner, leveraging experimentation, technology, data, and insights to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves ensuring that our marketing and CRM capabilities evolve to meet the dynamic needs of our business and clients. You will collaborate closely with various teams to implement CRM strategies that impact key business metrics.
This technical position requires a combination of practical execution and long-term strategic planning. At Ethos Life, our offline interactions—email, SMS, direct mail, and engagements with insurance agents—are crucial components of the overall user experience. We are looking for a consumer-first expert in email and SMS deployment strategies with a keen eye for detail. This role reports directly to the head of Partnership Lifecycle Marketing at Ethos Life.
