About the Team: The Integrated Performance team is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive perspective on how the Terran R integrates, ensuring that every system on board and on the ground is equipped to meet our ambitious goals. This team collaborates across the entire launch system, encompassing trajectory design, aerodynamics, reliability analysis, and more, directly influencing all aspects of the product lifecycle from initial design to post-flight data analysis. Beyond analytical work, team members are actively engaged with hardware and operations, empowered to drive significant programmatic changes.
