We are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to enhance our UKI team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily interactions with a portfolio of our most significant restaurant partners, leveraging data insights to boost their sales and support operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities
Joining the National Accounts team means engaging with partners of considerable scale, often addressing challenges that Deliveroo has never faced before, thus directly influencing our collaboration with the world’s leading food brands.
Your daily tasks may include:
Strategic Relationship Management: Serve as the primary consultant for a roster of major restaurant partners, facilitating weekly operational meetings and high-level performance evaluations.
Data-Driven Insight: Track and evaluate partner-specific objectives, crafting compelling narratives from complex data to illustrate avenues for improvement.
Consultative Growth: Drive revenue and health metrics by guiding partners on best practices regarding selection, pricing, and service standards.
Operational Training: Conduct in-person training sessions for key partners that cover operational best practices, Deliveroo insights, and on-site problem-solving.
Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional Commercial Managers to pinpoint and prioritize growth opportunities across designated UK areas.
Marketing Integration: Partner with restaurant marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that deliver long-lasting value for both the partner and Deliveroo.
