ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Admin Services team is dedicated to developing and managing tools and features that simplify accounting and tax compliance for SMEs. We focus on streamlining bookkeeping, transaction enrichment, company formation, secretarial compliance, payroll, and expense management. By automating administrative tasks, we empower SMEs to minimize hassle and operate confidently, allowing them to concentrate on growth.
We are on the lookout for a data-savvy Senior Operations Analyst with a background in Operations, Finance, Technology, or similar fields to join our Admin Services team. In this pivotal role, you will help build, scale, and sustain our products while collaborating with product owners, data analysts, Member Support, developers, and external partners to drive operational excellence and scalable practices—all aimed at delivering maximum value to our members.
