Role Overview
As the Senior Operations Analytics Manager, you will be the driving force behind Rula's analytical capabilities, enhancing our understanding and management of billing, account experiences, financial performance, and customer service. In this individual contributor role, you will collaborate with teams across Finance, Billing, Product, Data, Customer Service, and Operations, leveraging your comprehensive business acumen to explore complex account inquiries, identify root causes, and transform intricate data into actionable insights.
Your daily responsibilities will include analyzing billing workflows, pinpointing breakdowns, and facilitating informed decision-making to boost accuracy, minimize friction, and promote sustainable growth. This pivotal position within the Analytics organization is crucial in ensuring Rula delivers a reliable and trustworthy financial experience for our members, providers, and partners.
