We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Paid Social Performance Manager who excels at managing substantial budgets, particularly within Meta, and adeptly scales campaigns across various platforms such as TikTok, Snap, X, Pinterest, and more. You should be equally skilled in analyzing performance reports for the CFO and presenting media strategies to Fortune 500 CMOs, as these discussions often intersect.
Core Outcomes (First 12 Months)
Success Metrics
Achieve or surpass the blended ROAS/CPA target of 90% or higher on Meta with a budget of $1 million per month.
Multi-Channel Growth
Establish a minimum of two new channels, such as AppLovin and Pinterest, each generating at least $250K monthly while maintaining profitability.
Client Trust Metrics
Maintain an average CSAT score of 9/10 in quarterly surveys and ensure a client churn rate of less than 5% across your portfolio.
Creative Testing and Insights
Launch over 20 new creatives per month for each brand and provide weekly insight reports to inform future productions.
Process Optimization
Shorten the campaign-building cycle from brief to launch to less than 48 hours and document SOPs in ClickUp/Notion.

Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Execution
• Design comprehensive paid social strategies with Meta as the primary growth driver while allocating budgets across TikTok, Snap, X, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Manage daily pacing, bidding strategies, and budget reallocations for accounts with monthly spends ranging from $500K to $2MM.
Client-Facing Leadership
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and quarterly business reviews; translate complex data into clear action points for CMOs, founders, and finance executives.
• Serve as the primary contact for strategic inquiries, objections, and recommendations for new channels.
Data & Insights Management
• Develop Looker/GA4 dashboards and utilize SQL to identify trends proactively.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to implement incrementality tests, MMM studies, and post-purchase surveys.
Creative Direction
• Provide briefs for UGC, static ads, and motion graphics based on audience insights, working closely with production teams.
• Lead the creative learning agenda, ensuring that at least 70% of creatives are driven by hypotheses.
Continuous Learning & Channel Expansion
• Quickly master new advertising technologies (e.g., if you learned AppLovin in a day, do it again with the next platform).
• Experiment with beta features, API integrations, and AI-driven optimization tools.

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing performance-focused paid social campaigns with monthly budgets of at least $1 million on Meta.
• Proven success in scaling additional channels, including Snap, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and AppLovin.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets pivot tables, basic SQL or Python, and blended attribution models.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
