- Partner Relationship Management: Act as the key contact for major global partners, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This includes promoting existing products, identifying new solutions, overseeing technical implementations, maintaining brand compliance, and collaborating with Product and Engineering on product development.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize data analysis to create strategies and make informed decisions that enhance partner performance and revenue in alignment with broader business objectives.
- Demand Analysis: Predict the demand requirements of large e-commerce and travel platforms to reveal growth opportunities. Use market insights to recommend innovative solutions and align demand forecasts with company goals.
- Executive Engagement: Work closely with client executives to influence growth strategies.
- Strategic Account Planning: Organize and lead account planning sessions with senior clients, identify growth opportunities, incorporate partner requirements, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver measurable results.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on travel industry trends and competitive dynamics to develop effective growth strategies.
