Position Overview
Crusoe is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Partnerships Manager, Ecosystem to establish and energize high-impact collaborations across AI startups, venture ecosystems, marketplaces, and select platform partners. This role emphasizes the creation and execution of go-to-market (GTM) programs that achieve tangible results, moving beyond traditional alliance management.
You will work closely with infrastructure partners, startup initiatives, venture networks, developer communities, and chosen AI/ML platform partners to drive adoption and joint GTM initiatives that broaden Crusoe Cloud’s reach.
This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives on direct interaction with founders, engineers, and cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and product. You will build programs from the ground up, operate with a decisive action-oriented mindset, and know how to transform ecosystem relationships into sustainable, mutual growth.
The ideal candidate is well-versed in the dynamics of AI startups, including infrastructure limitations, cost considerations, and the urgency of market entry, and is adept at converting ecosystem engagement into practical adoption, pipeline development, and revenue generation.
A Day In The Life
Engage with startup ecosystems: Collaborate with VCs, venture networks, and AI-native companies to facilitate their access to compute and managed inference services on Crusoe Cloud.
Drive account and opportunity mapping: Collaborate with Sales to align partner portfolios and startup ecosystems with target accounts and active opportunities.
Establish GTM strategies with platform partners: Transform product partnerships into actionable sales opportunities through co-selling and joint initiatives.
Create scalable programs: Develop playbooks, enablement materials, and joint GTM frameworks that amplify Crusoe’s presence in AI-focused partner segments.
Collaborate with developer and open-source communities: Work in close partnership with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Developer Relations to ensure ecosystem activities align with Crusoe’s GTM objectives.
