The Opportunity
We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Partnerships Specialist to enhance the development and management of strategic partnerships that fuel business growth and fortify our market presence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new partnership opportunities, executing strategic initiatives, and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and assess potential partners that align with our business objectives.
- Assist in crafting and implementing partnership strategies targeted at key industries and markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, customer segments, products, and services.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and partnership materials.
- Facilitate partner communications to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on joint initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Monitor, track, and report on partnership performance against established KPIs and objectives.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to pinpoint partnership opportunities and emerging trends.
- Gather and analyze insights from partners and customers to support data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with internal teams—including product, marketing, legal, and finance—to ensure successful partner onboarding and implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales.
- Proven track record in supporting partnership or commercial initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with an eye for detail and execution excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or related fields is preferred.
