About the Role:
The Senior Payer Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely health plan enrollment requests for our clients. This position requires a proactive individual who can independently research and resolve payer-related inquiries with minimal oversight. Utilizing a blend of proprietary Medallion tools and standard communication methods (email, phone, fax, etc.), the Specialist will manage the enrollment process from start to finish. This role may involve collaboration with Medallion clients and internal teams to refine processes and support the development of new tools.
This position reports to one of the Payer Enrollment Team Leads, with base compensation ranging from $23 to $32 per hour. In addition to the base salary, Medallion provides equity and a comprehensive benefits package, with various factors influencing pay, including market data, geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
