Position Overview
We are on the lookout for meticulous and client-oriented professionals to fill the role of Senior Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will expertly manage payroll processes, ensure compliance, and deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate payroll and related procedures with exceptional accuracy.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of benefits, compensation principles, income tax regulations, and retirement plans.
- Maintain and update HRMS master data, ensuring the integrity of non-financial data.
- Ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, and TDS.
- Conduct thorough reconciliations between payroll outputs and input data.
- Perform variance analysis to confirm payroll accuracy.
- Manage annual compliance reporting for salary-related statutory obligations.
- Promptly address and resolve employee inquiries.
- Review and approve modifications in employee records, such as exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, job titles, and department transfers.
- Compile detailed reports on earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages.
