WHAT YOU’LL DO
The People Relations team is dedicated to aligning Braze’s business goals with our greatest asset—our people. We collaborate closely with leadership to ensure their objectives are met while fostering a comprehensive employee experience that is inclusive, challenging, developmental, and rewarding. As strategic partners, we support employees throughout their journey at Braze!
The Senior People Business Partner will deliver hands-on strategic support to senior leaders in designated departments, mentor junior team members, and lead complex, company-wide initiatives. This role, based in our San Francisco office with some hybrid flexibility, offers a fantastic opportunity to significantly influence our company as we continue to expand!
Specifically, you will:
- Offer a full range of strategic and tactical support to our Americas Marketing team at the executive level.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement talent planning activities that identify top talent, leadership development priorities, and succession plans within your client groups.
- Engage proactively with leadership on people strategies, including workforce planning and organizational design.
- Advise employees with a consultative approach to enhance their work relationships, plan and execute their career goals, and become impactful contributors to the Braze team.
