About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our People & Culture (P&C) initiatives across various areas, such as HR systems, compensation, employee benefits and well-being, talent management, and employee experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting with ongoing tasks related to HR systems, reporting needs, job architecture maintenance, performance management, and compensation cycle processes, as well as enhancing the candidate experience and managing the talent management lifecycle.
What You Will Do:
- Provide transactional and administrative support for P&C processes and projects as assigned, including monitoring P&C inboxes and responding to inquiries.
- Generate and distribute reports for assigned areas.
- Support HR systems by ensuring data integrity, maintenance, and position management.
- Coordinate compensation survey submissions and maintain job architecture while supporting compensation cycle processes.
- Assist with employee benefits and well-being initiatives, including open enrollment and benefit education.
- Support People Business Partners with core P&C business processes, including talent reviews, performance review calibration, employee relations support, and compensation planning.
