Nexthink is seeking a dynamic Senior People & Talent Business Partner to enhance our EMEA Technical Services organization, which encompasses Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and Professional Services. In this pivotal role, you will also serve as the People Site Leader for our Madrid office.
This strategic HR leadership position requires close collaboration with Director and VP-level executives to shape our people strategy, elevate leadership capabilities, and support a high-performing technical workforce across the EMEA region.
As the principal People Leader in Madrid, you will be a trusted advisor on employee relations, workplace culture, and leadership standards, working hand-in-hand with our global People & Talent team to ensure uniformity, equity, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership
- Collaborate with Technical Services leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Oversee annual talent reviews, succession planning, and performance calibration efforts.
- Forecast future capability requirements in a growing technical environment.
- Facilitate change, transformation, and restructuring initiatives as necessary.
Talent & Performance Leadership
- Enhance performance management practices to ensure clarity, accountability, and fairness.
- Guide leaders through feedback discussions, development planning, and complex personnel decisions.
- Identify and cultivate high-potential talent, collaborating on retention and growth strategies.
- Convert engagement insights into effective and meaningful action plans.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Manage and support employee relations matters across Spain and other EMEA nations fairly and consistently.
- Collaborate closely with Legal and the global People & Talent team to address sensitive issues.
- Assist leaders during terminations, organizational changes, and conflict resolutions, ensuring balanced decision-making.
Madrid Site Leadership
- Serve as the senior People leader at the Madrid office.
- Promote an inclusive, high-engagement, and high-performance culture.
- Ensure alignment between global People practices and local execution.
- Be a visible and approachable presence in the office for both leadership and employees.
