Our focus is not merely on aesthetics; we create visual systems that excel under the demands of performance channels, sophisticated professional service positioning, and a discerning audience that includes CMOs and CFOs.
We seek a Senior Creative Designer who thrives in both brand development and paid creative. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and upholding Directive's visual identity, crafting the ad creatives for our own paid media initiatives, and designing the sales materials that our growth team presents to enterprise clients. This is an individual contributor position with high visibility and elevated expectations.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Brand Identity & Visual System
Directive employs a four-division brand strategy, incorporating our proprietary AI platform, Stratos, as a key visual identity element. You will ensure this identity remains consistent and coherent.
Manage and evolve Directive's visual identity across all platforms.
Develop and sustain a scalable design system that accommodates three divisions and various industry verticals while ensuring immediate recognition of Directive without visual redundancy.
Define and consistently apply brand standards across your work and that of external contributors.
Translate brand positioning into a visual language that resonates with a CMO-level audience—avoiding generic startup or B2B agency aesthetics.
Ad Creative – Paid Social, Programmatic & Video
Directive manages its own paid media initiatives across LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms. You will design and produce the creative assets for these campaigns, including video storytelling.
Create and produce static ad units tailored to various platform specifications and aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9) for LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic display.
Develop video ad content that effectively communicates our message in a compelling format.
