Role Summary and Impact
We are on the lookout for a meticulous and results-oriented Senior Performance Executive to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of innovative paid media campaigns across a variety of digital platforms. Your strategic insights and expertise will play a crucial role in driving our clients' business growth, positioning you as a key influencer in the evolution of digital advertising in the region.
- Craft and present persuasive paid performance proposals that highlight innovative solutions and secure client commitment.
- Offer expert guidance and thought leadership in Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic advertising channels.
- Consult with and mentor the team to design and implement effective bidding strategies tailored to a diverse client portfolio in the MENA region.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure campaigns consistently meet and exceed KPIs, providing proactive optimization support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Be the primary expert in client discussions, articulating complex bidding strategies and best practices clearly and convincingly.
- Lead client onboarding processes, offering comprehensive support for their technical setup across multiple bidding platforms.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by proactively identifying and delivering innovative solutions aligned with their unique business goals.
- Prepare and present engaging Quarterly Business Reviews, consolidating key insights, emphasizing successes, and providing data-driven recommendations for future growth.
- Act as the go-to resource for all aspects of bidding, offering continuous training, consultation, best practices, platform updates, and mentorship to team members across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional digital projects, including data partnerships, attribution modeling initiatives, and Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) implementations.
