YOUR MISSION:
At Parloa, we are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead and enhance our global customer acquisition efforts during a pivotal growth phase. This is more than just a campaign execution role; it is an opportunity to take ownership and drive significant impact.
You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive full-funnel performance strategy across various paid channels, establishing experimentation frameworks, and leveraging intent data to accelerate our pipeline using tools like 6sense. Your data-driven mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and proven experience in delivering rapid, measurable growth within high-growth B2B SaaS or AI sectors will be essential. You will play a vital role in evolving performance marketing into a reliable and scalable revenue generator.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Full-Funnel Performance Strategy
- Lead the global paid acquisition strategy across search, social media, display, retargeting, and emerging channels targeting Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts.
- Focus on driving pipeline growth aligned with revenue and sales results, not just generating leads.
- Continuously optimize budget allocations based on return on investment (ROI) and pipeline contributions.
- Utilize 6sense to enhance account-based acquisition, intent-based targeting, and accelerate the pipeline.
Experimentation & Growth Acceleration
- Design and implement robust A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, messaging, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Identify and scale high-impact growth opportunities quickly.
- Apply structured experimentation frameworks to unlock exponential growth.
- Manage paid channels effectively, including Google Ads (search & display), paid social (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta), and more.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing Operations, Content, and Product Marketing teams to align targeting with ICP, personas, and vertical strategies.
- Influence creative direction with performance insights, such as video versus static content and persona-driven messaging.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to marketing leadership on growth investments.
