Join a dynamic team of performance marketers, data engineers, and data scientists at Glovo, where your primary responsibility will be to leverage data to identify untapped opportunities, measure and monitor performance, and enhance all facets of our marketing initiatives. Collaborate closely with performance leads and manage comprehensive projects in partnership with various channel teams. Your experience in overseeing large projects from inception to execution is essential!
YOUR ROLE
- Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of impactful marketing campaigns for Glovo's regions, including Africa, Eastern Europe, the Balkans, or Scandinavia.
- Focus on driving customer acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement through User Acquisition Campaigns (UAC) and programmatic channels.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to daily operations, empowering the team to overcome challenges and surpass objectives.
- Work collaboratively with a talented group of marketers and analysts across various Performance Marketing channels such as Paid Social, SEM, ASA, and programmatic advertising to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Take ownership of performance targets and consistently achieve key metrics to foster growth.
- Promote excellence in your designated region by not only meeting targets but also sharing valuable insights and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Drive ongoing optimization efforts through A/B testing and performance analysis, ensuring each campaign is fine-tuned for peak efficiency.
- Collaborate across functions with design, local marketing teams, BI, and Martech to formulate and execute successful strategies that elevate campaign performance.
