On-Call Responsibilities:
Participation in our on-call rotation is a key expectation for this role, crucial for maintaining 24/7 service reliability across our global network. This ensures our systems remain robust and our customers enjoy uninterrupted service, regardless of location or time zone.
- Paid Rotation: Standby fees and overtime compensation are provided.
- Delayed Start: No on-call responsibilities for the first 6 months.
- Rest & Recovery: Assured rest periods and flexible hours after night incidents.
- Shared Load: On-call duties are divided (Weekdays vs. Weekends) to alleviate fatigue.
