About Our Central Emergency Department (ZNA):
The Central Emergency Department (ZNA) at St. Willibrord-Spital operates around the clock, providing care for both internal and surgical emergency patients, serving approximately 16,000 cases annually. Our patient spectrum ranges from unclear abdominal pain and respiratory distress - a focus area supported by our extensive pulmonology department - to cardiological conditions, as well as rheumatological and allergic diseases. The surgical range extends from ligament tears to multiple injuries (polytrauma).
The ZNA collaborates closely with the departments of Internal Medicine, Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery, Spinal Surgery, Visceral and Thoracic Surgery, and Colo-Proctology.
We look forward to welcoming committed colleagues to enrich our team and contribute significantly to our medical services!
